Pick an interest from my Interests list that either 1) you know nothing about but sounds intriguing, or 2) you know something about but can't fathom why I would be interested in it, and request an explanation.

Explain please

Cross-stitch. Why is it fun? I tried it a few times and it just doesn't feel creative to me. It feels mechanical and uninteresting, because you're just following a chart. A cross-stitch "recipe" doesn't seem to lend itself to adaptation in the same way as other crafts.

Nope...nothing on there that meets either criterion.

And is "grubling" a typo? If not I need that one explaining too.

Is asking about two cheating? ;-)

I don't think I'm strictly following the rules here - OK, I'm totally ignoring them - but tell me about Alyson Hannigan, Christianity and stripy socks (...why are stripes so good on legs anyway?)
