'cithare' is the French for zither. I use 'cithare' because 'zither' would suggest Romany-type music and what I do/have isn't. I have a French monastic liturgical zither that is about the size of a small coffee-table. It has strings grouped into chords on the left side and melody strings on the right. It is big and wonderful and lovely and at my parents' house, sadly :( It makes the most fantastic noise. It was brought for me specially from Paris and is possibly the most impressve of my 'weird musical instruments' collection.

'grubling' is my iMac - I know too many people who name their computers so I had to join in. I rarely use the name, though. It's a contraction of GReen bUBbLe thING. Honest.
