I am heading for getting into a bit of a state again. I had been sitting n the bedroom for a while, but I have had to move. I have a dry cough and a hideously blocked nose, plus discomfort when swallowing.

I'm so fed up.

practiclly asleep upright but still unable to use bedroom. no clue why.

i have only just woken up. I slept from about 7 till about 8 in the study, and then I moved back into the bedroom and slept some more, and woke up about half an hour ago. I SLEPT!

For those who've been asking:

I have no known allergies. The temperature may be an issue. I slept okay on the sofa-futon in the study which has got to be dustier than the bed. The position was a problem there, though.

I don't know really. I am sleeping with two pillows and a cushion though I could probably do with more if I had them. I am going to try and go to sleep early tonight with the help of some Nytol. I am just waiting for Robert to get back.
