Argh. I'm trying to do in downtime something which is near-impossible in-game - organise a large group of heterogenous and often antagonistic characters into doing Useful Stuff all together. I'm such a muppet. I can't help it though, it really is what the character would do. No way she's nipping back home to have a nice cup of Horlicks after what happened at the end of last session...

The only helpful thing I can suggest is this. Roleplaying Tips Weekly is quite a good read for any GM or player, you can subscribe to their mailing list.

I was impressed by the way that, in true lucy style, you e-mail the list after the turnsheet deadline to try to organise people. :)

Wrong time to pick on thatm Chris. I emailed the moment I had a response from the ST as to how I should organise my DT. I first emailed said ST robably less than a week after the last game.

Make fewer assumptions.
