*grin* I have a big white net petticoat, and i'm adding some layers of black net with silver star sequins to the top of it. It's going to need *lots* of net. As for catching people, well, depends if anyone round here finds big gothy skirts really drool-worthy :)
Don't worry...under international law all fishing netting has comply to manufacturing standards that allows people called Steve to escape back into the wild and breed.
They're also supposed to show up on dolphin sonar.

There ar egoing to be several layers of et, adn it is going to be pleated/gathered - that's why i need so much. if it is done i will wear it at the weekend.
