Geek help: Gmail
Tuesday, 5 February 2008 10:46 amIs there any way, in Gmail/Google Mail, to delete en masse all the messages associated with a particular label or a search result? I want to clean up my Freecycle label - the messages have been delivered into my Archive (I set it to skip the inbox) and there are a ridiculously huge number of them which I just can't delete 20 at a time.

All 100 conversations on this page are selected. Select all 137 conversations in "Freecycle"
(i have mine set to 100 mails/page)
If you click on that link it will let you delete them all (though will flash a pop-up box to go "are you sure"), which makes it easier.
