Gosh, I completely missed that Monday was the fifth anniversary of my starting this journal. Not that my first entry was anything special.

Gosh, and my fifth anniversary is coming up this July as well. Funny how time flies. I have a mental image of my LJ as being only a couple of years old, and failing that I tend to assume it started in 2003 and I'm surprised every time I remember it was actually '02.

Mind you, I've been keeping an online diary elsewhere since 1998, and that date I'm in no danger of forgetting; it's just the date on which it started getting mirrored to LJ that doesn't stick in my mind very well.

(The numerate reader may infer from my first paragraph that my subconscious thinks it's still 2005. It probably does.)

Happy Anniversary! I am not that far but I hardly put anything on my LJ. I mainly use it for comments.
