Christi, my mother agrees with you that he's probably a manipulative bastard. Maybe I'm just too optimistic about people.
Anyway, I'm going into work tomorrow (I hope I can muster the motivation to do so) and I'll arrange with him how things will work out. I'll make him agree that I have work in August if I want it. I think I'm going to look out for other work anyway, though, because if he can do this to me, it's only millimetres away from firing me flat out, and I don't want to work with that hanging over me. The good bits of the job are starting to feel not worth working with Edward any longer. So, what can someone with my skills but few qualifications do which is not standard data-entry? I don't think I can deal with doing that till January. Nor can I deal with doing standard temping. Hmm, will go and check DailyInfo.
