La! The dentist left me a voicemail this morning! They have arranged a special sedation session for me from 12 on Thursday. Robert will take the afternoon off to be with me, and I shouldn't have any trouble with work - and my father has said he will pay for it (which is very kind of him as otherwise I couldn't have afforded it at all). I will be so happy to get it over and done with.

Plans for today include UCAS form-filling and sorting out a Christmassy hat for the brownie party tonight. What hat can I wear? Suggestions welcome!

I imagine a Christmas tree hat would be relatively easy to do: just a green cone liberally accessorised with glitter, tinsel, etc.

Hats: I saw a Santa's elf hat with built-in elf ears which would look absolutely adorable on you if you can be bothered to make it. You just get a floppy pointy hat and stick in two pointy ear shapes. The one I saw had a folded-up brim and the ears just sat in the brim and looked like they were poking through holes. I don't know if I've explained that at all well.

Hiya. Is it possible for you to cut-tag stuff to do with the dentist, because it's triggery for me? Specifically that word starting with "s".
