Hatethecathatethecathatethecat. Am soaked in lemon-and-lime squash because cat would not stay where cat was put. Dammit.

On the bright side I have just eaten tasty porridge. Mmmm, porridge. I need some muscovado sugar, though.

Brownies last night went very well - I find I enjoy papercraft by proxy. Everyone who made an effort turned out something pretty decent, and they all had fun. The timing was fantastic, too - making a witch and a spider each took them all the meeting bar a game at the beginning and our usual closing at the end. And next week is half-term!

Today is tidying-up day, and then I have an IT induction at the Library before my English class. I wonder how I'm going to get home? I couldn't find the sensible bus-stop last week and had to walk 20 minutes to the silly one.

Mine are excellent at it. But then again my doors are fairly crap at closing.

It was actually precisely the problem - I was opening the closed door which keeps the cat out of the more claw-vulnerable bits of the house, and she decided that a bit for escape was indicated, so I slammed the door and spilt the drink I was carrying all over myself. *sigh* I'm mostly dry now.
