I have created a community, larpmedics, for people who play medics & healers in any larp system.

The aim is to have a group where we can discuss things like physreps, techniques, etc. Do join if it's relevant to you :)


Now I'm off out to deliver enrolment forms to the University *bounce*

none of my White City PCs are medics as such but most of them have the First Aid skill - which is why my kitchen counter tops are still stained slightly pink from experiments with strips of bandage and red food colouring ! i used proper bandages from Boots, which are about £2.50 for a 2-yard (or so) 2" strip.

also, Darkblade (http://go.to/darkblade) do good plain 25ml potion bottles at £3 for 10, see under "Miscellaneous" -> "Other". though i'd be keen on sourcing some ones with rubber or cork stoppers - screw tops are tricky when your character only has one working arm left...

was an amusing moment on Saturday when i used one of my physrep "bloodstained" bandages for the first time and a couple of people asked if i'd genuinely hurt myself <grin>
