One day we'll have a thunderstorm that isn't on a Thursday or Friday, so I don't have to book a month in advance for a table in Vertigo: 42 floors up and it's a grandstand view of every thunderstorm inside the M25.

Am scared of thunderstorms. Am fighting Grandma-ish urge to turn off everything electrical, and open all the doors and windows.

I am SO GRATEFUL for the pouring rain though. I may have to go and dance about in the garden.
