I don't know how many of you have heard of Lucie Silvas - she's a new singer-songwriter who's had at least one top ten single. After a little research and peering at photos, I'm reasonably confident she's the Lucie Silverman who was at Surbiton High a few years ahead of me. (I do have a link between the Silvas and Silverman names.)

Watching her first video it appeared to me that she had not expression in the top half of her face - not a twitch, or a wrinkle. Like she had been botoxed or something.

The lack of animation made her less attractive, although in still pictures she is very pretty.

Cool! I bought a sample CD of songs from her new album having liked "What You're Made Of" after hearing it a lot on R2, & they're really good... Did you know her well or just know who she was?
