Um. A KiSS doll; well. Basically, it's a file you can download and view on your computer with a special program, which consists of drawings, mostly of people & clothes. The file is programmed so you can move the clothes about and dress the doll. To program a basic doll is not hard; there are more fancy things you can do with animations, clothes that snap to the body, and similar things. You really have to see it to understand it. KiSS stands for Kisekae Set System; 'kisekae' being part of the phrase that means 'dress up dolls' in Japanese.
