I haven't worked out what went wrong, but something did. I actually texted you from the taxi to the station. I just felt like there wasn't much point my being there - approximately four characters I'd talk to, none of whom have any particular current reason to talk to mine and have plenty of other things to do anyway, plus no previous plot to follow up (when the main reason I turned up at all was to follow up Michael's plot-bomb from last month). So I started to feel there was no point forcing myself to stay when I'd have to struggle home via a replacement bus service instead of the train.

I just got into a foul mood and decided nobody LIKED me or my CHARACTER and everything was AWFUL and BAD and, er, yeah. I'm a little saner this morning, but still mildly crappy.

I will work out sometime whether I actually got that Dynamic Resonance or not, but right now it doesn't seem very important.

Handover from one DST to another is never easy (speaking as someone who's taken up the reins from previous ST) - I would recommend you get a BIG STICK and apply it to Michael until the ongoing plotkits fall into Sarah's inbox... *wry smile*

I know it's not 100% simple, but surely this wasn't entirely unexpected? It's not as though DST elections occur randomly like magic. I'm just annoyed at spending five hours and over thirteen pounds on nothing worth doing.

She's been trying for quite some time (as in, virtually as long as she's been an ADST...)

Ginnie and I have been growling at him since he said he was standing down (ie prior to the elections) to get the stuff together and pass it on.

Really, people have been trying.

Not impressed at the lack of response from him either, but it's certainly not through lack of effort on Sarah or Ginnie's parts.
