Friday, 28 November 2003 07:13 pmI have been paid lots of money! Well, quite a lot, anyway, although they have not noticed I should be paying student loan things, soI need to get that checked out. Oooooh! I am all happy and bouncy (if a bit tired). I got lots done today. I like my job. I have noticed it makes me feel lots more secure and settled having a job where I know they are not going to boot me out after a few weeks. I like the feeling :)
This weekend I am going to do my Christmas shopping (like most of the rest of the population of Reading, I'm sure). A significant portion of this will happen in Hobbycraft, of course, so it might not be so bad. Part Two of the weekend will involve tidying the house so that it looks good enough to maybe put up some christmas decorations eventually.
I am supposed to play Earthdawn tonight but once again, like the last few weeks, I am wayyyy tired. I suppose I've got to go...

Friday, 28 November 2003 10:01 pmI am sooooooooo tired.
I can tell I'm fed up with the cat when I need the loo but going to the bathroom is too much hassle. Sequence as follows: go downstairs; open diningroom door sloooowly and caaaaarefully; get pounced past by cat; scream at cat; stamp feet; chase cat round most of house; drag cat out from hidey-hole in expensive clothes, bedlinen, clean socks, laundrybasket, or similar; grab cat; transport wriggling cat back to dining room door; throw cat back into dining room; slam door; realise am on wrong side of door; open door... Repeat ad nauseam.
