I am sooooooooo tired.
I can tell I'm fed up with the cat when I need the loo but going to the bathroom is too much hassle. Sequence as follows: go downstairs; open diningroom door sloooowly and caaaaarefully; get pounced past by cat; scream at cat; stamp feet; chase cat round most of house; drag cat out from hidey-hole in expensive clothes, bedlinen, clean socks, laundrybasket, or similar; grab cat; transport wriggling cat back to dining room door; throw cat back into dining room; slam door; realise am on wrong side of door; open door... Repeat ad nauseam.

Date: Friday, 28 November 2003 04:27 pm (UTC)Cats are funny creatures. I have one that likes to find a strategic spot at the very top of the stairs and fall asleep there, so that nobody can go up or down without having to avoid stepping on him. He can't be that starved for attention, can he? *shrugs* It's a pain when you have to lug a heavy backpack or a big pile of clothes up the stairs.
