Got a shock yesterday - I've run out of money. Currently £11 over my overdraft limit. About a week ago I had £100 left - slightly indiscriminate use of Switch card has done this. I haven't bought much frivolous stuff - £6 on a shirt and some hairbands, as well as food and things - but it just goes faster than I expect, and I haven't kept proper track. I have a £25 cheque to pay in which is supposed to go towards work clothes. That'll put me back inside my limit. My mother is sending me money. I do not feel good about this, but I just don't have any choice if I'm going to get on this Japanese course I want to do.
I have not been shortlisted for the job Select had in mind for me, so today I am off to badger other agencies for work. I also want to register with a doctor and change my address with the bank.
Yesterday I went over to Bracknell to see Wednesday, in the afternoon, which was nice. I stayed on for anime night, and had delicious if unhealthy pizza. This weekend I am playing Feng Shui tonight, going to a party in Cambridge (not the usual suspects) on Saturday, and there's something on Sunday too but I forget what. Perhaps not, actually. Robert is playing cricket.
