I went to a job agency yesterday! *bounce*
I went to Select. I'd not been there before - I started off trying to visit Reed, but their office was so hard to get into (1st floor, door shut, no answer to bell) I decided I couldn't be bothered to stand about looking like a fool and webt elsewhere.
Select were nice and helpful, and there's a permanent admin job with a non-profit they're putting me forward for. They aren't asking me to sign up till they have me work sorted, and they want a couple of weeks' exclusivity to find me something before I go elsewhere. It's all fine by me. So, I have a little while to laze about (and, er, do house stuff).
I did a little shopping yesterday too, and bought printer paperm tracing paper, two cheap t-shirts, two cheap CDs, and assorted bits and pieces. I'm going to customise the T-shirts :) Also, two books from Amazon arrived - 'Fruits' (a photo-book of Japanese street fashion) and a book of kimono designs.
Happyhappyhappy :)
