should be at hearing aid appointment. Seem to have lost wallet. Am very fucked. Last time i know i had it was getting n the bus home from Sainsbury's on Sunday about 3.30. I am SO PANICKED. have called and cancelled appointment. :( meep meep meep.

My sleep patterns are so messed up. I slept lots of this afternoon. I feel very strange. I'm going to go and have a shower, cook some supper, and try to do something constructive. Eucchh, done nothing all day. Grr.
