I took my first dose of the new cough medicine a while ago. It's just as horrible as the previous one, but in a totally different way. I think it has improved my cough, but my nose is horribly blocked. I have got a wet towel hanging on the radiator to try and humidify the room, and Robert has brought me a steamy bowl to breathe from.

hate being ill.
