taimatsuI rang NHS direct, and ended up being told I should really consider seeing my GP. So I'm going to make an appointment when they re-open at 2. Hopefully today or tomorrow morning. I have a weird lump on my tongue.
Robert made me a Beecham's berry-flavoured hot flu drink thing before he left this morning. I think it does make a difference, but it tastes nasty so I have only been drinking it very slowly, and it's not hot any more, so it's less effective.
I don't feel bad any more apart from my throat and my cough - all the other aches and pains have gone. I'm tired because I had trouble sleeping - I think, from Robert's report, I must have woken up more times in the night than I actually remember.
