Back from fantastic Chinese meal; Beijing Noodle House, West Street - 2 starters, 2 main courses and three drinks all under £20. And delicious with it. Mmmmmmm. All nice and full now. We are going to sit up in bed and read - how cosy is that?

Today went quite well - and tomorrow is my last day at temp job! Hurrah! Weekend! More pay! Woohoo! I am all happy and warm and smily. And quite tired.

If anyone is interested in Japanese paper-cut art, or in some really fantastic images in general, do look at this. It's amazing.

Oh! For some reason I'd got the impression that you'd been planning a meal out in London, and then my brain told me that this was it. Sorry about that.

If I set you up an Open Guide to Reading, would you be able to get three or four others to help you make regular contributions? We could probably host it at openguides.org, but I don't want to make another dead site like birmingham.openguides.org.
