urg.

Today = very tiring.

Cow-orker went home ill at about 10.30. Mild chaos ensued, but nothing went badly wrong. Am exhausted, however. Have just written acceptance email for job, trying to work out if I should ask for a written job offer before accepting though. JOB. Also wondering when to start it - any monday in November is what I'm told. If I stop the temp thing end of this week I could get pay for week 1 on FRiday, have a week off to prepare myself, pay for week 2 the next Friday, and then the new job on the 3rd Nov. Which might work well. I am a bit too brain-fried to really think about it properly, though.

I have to sew things tonight. I might go and start that soon.

Every time I've started a job (three times) there's been a paper contract to sign as well the less-than-formal email agreement. Congratulations, anyway.

Keep the emails, but I've usually found that you exchange the informal agreement, & then they send off the proper paper contract. In worst-case scenario, the informal telling would stand you in some sort of stead legally, I believe. But I shouldn't worry about it - well done!
