Oh yes, I emailed my agency today and quit my job. It's not worth the upset and hassle for the money. I doubt they will find me anything else in the next three weeks, but I can just about survive.

Well done. I've done that once before, & it is *so* worth it in exchange for the sanity. Tough to do, though.

I quit my (effectively) first job out of frustration and annoyance, and without a new one lined up. Getting out of bad jobs can do a lot of good.
