Am having much trouble finding a TEFL course. I want to do a CELTA or RSA course, in Oxford, finishing before July 15thish. My mother is paying; £700 or less would be a sane price range. Many of the listings websites are impenetrable, and info is very hard to find on the college's pages themselves because they all focus on *learning* EFL, not training to *teach* it. Any help gratefully received.

I did the 4-week intensive CELTA course at OCFE, and it cost about £1000. (That was in 1998.) I don't think you're likely to find a TEFL teaching course that results in a recognised qualification much cheaper than that, to be honest.
