Date: Monday, 14 October 2002 05:02 am (UTC)What should I do this evening?
What is your favourite colour?
and, should I have crisps or shortbread with my last 30p from the vending machine?
Those will do for a start, may be more private ones later ;)

Date: Monday, 14 October 2002 07:19 am (UTC)You're not the only person on my friends list who refers to it and I get that it's some sort of Live Roleplay, but what makes it special?

Date: Monday, 14 October 2002 07:31 am (UTC)Why's it special? Well, everyone would have different views on that. I've not done any roleplaying other than in the Camarilla, and I haven't been doing it long. I got involved through friends. I enjoy roleplay itself because it's all about telling stories; with good STs (Story Tellers) those are fabulous, detailed and involving, and you get to be *part* of it. As for why the society itself - you get to play in not only a local chronicle - for example, current Oxford Mage plot involves a rehabilitation centre for disturbed youths, graveyard desecrations, and the possible connections between the two - but also national and international plot - the Werewolf game with which we interact was recently involved with a nationwide threat from mysterious creatures called Shards. Basically, for me it's meeting people, having fun, and having the opportunity to do it in a wider structure than a local troupe game.
It has its downsides too, and I'm sure someone will be along in a minute to enumerate them :)˙

Date: Monday, 14 October 2002 07:35 am (UTC)When they pass each other they'll both be the same distance from London, because they're right next to each other!
OK...do you have any irrational (or rational) fears?

Date: Monday, 14 October 2002 07:40 am (UTC)That depends on how much money you wish to earn for today, how tired you are, what time you started work, and many other issues. So I couldn't possibly tell you yes or no.
What should I do this evening?
Talk to me! Uh, when I get back from evil Scottish Dancing meeting of Dooooom. Also, um, I dunno, polish your shoes? Read improving literature? Study the mating habits of the lesser three-toed sloth?
What is your favourite colour?
Good question. I wear lots of blue usually, though with the crowd I seem to be hanging around with at the moment black is becoming a major theme :) Um, I don't thik I have a favourite colour really; it depends on context. I really like deep jewel-toned colours, though, especially some of the coloures in my watercolour palette. There's a gorgeous blue-indigo in there, and a delcious crimson-red.
and, should I have crisps or shortbread with my last 30p from the vending machine?
Are you feeling sweet or savoury? I'd probably go for the crisps myself, but it's up to you :)

Date: Monday, 14 October 2002 08:00 am (UTC)Um, fears. I 'don't like' spiders, though I wouldn't say I'm *afraid* of them. I'm probably afraid of loneliness. Currently, I might be afraid of getting into a Relationship, though that idea is something I am still considering. I'm afraid of losing all the bits of me I like and succumbing to the aspects I really hate. I'm afraid of making a fool of myself in public and particularly in front of people I have crushes on, of which there are too many.
That's enough for now. *

Date: Monday, 14 October 2002 08:04 am (UTC)I tend to act on emotion a lot. In good circumstances I can temper this with logic. Other times, often when slightly inebriated, horny, or otherwise succumbing to urges, I don't - this can lead to problems. When awake and sensible, I am quite good at telling myself what I shold be doing, and fairy often I manage to do it. But I guess in the end, gut instinct wins.m

Date: Monday, 14 October 2002 08:53 am (UTC)How about this one:
If you could remove any single memory from the recesses of your past, which would it be, and if the reason isn't obvious, why?
I'm good at coming up with these :-)

Date: Monday, 14 October 2002 09:02 am (UTC)On the other hand, if I removed all memory of the incident in question from my brain, I might *do it again* and that would be *bad*. So maybe I'll keep that memory, however much it makes me cringe and go 'eep'.
But I'm not telling anyone what it is.

Date: Monday, 14 October 2002 09:07 am (UTC)Oh, and whilst I have the chance, I'd like to take the oppertunity to curse your hide (I'm not sure what to curse it with yet...maybe a funny purple colour) for addicting me to MegaTokyo! I still have another 120 to go before I've properly caught up...
