I have two pork loin meat things in the fridge. What should I do with them? Please help!

Fry some mushrooms and onions and seal the meat both sides, stick it in a casserole and pour cider over it then grate some cheese and bread and cover the top thickly and then stick it in the oven for an hour at about a gas mark 4 or so. Serve with mashed potatoes and peas.

Or stick it in the freezer until someone comes to visit!

My favourite thing to do with loin of pork is wrap it up in a sheet of puff pastry, with some chopped sage if available, and bake it in the oven. The juices of the meat seep into the pastry as it cooks, and it's really tasty.

I need a cookery icon really - cheezburger no iz good enuf.

You could put some applesauce on top, wrap them in bacon & bake them in the oven, then add more applesauce & stock to the pan juices (maybe with cream) to make a gravy.

Best job I could do with Microsoft Paint. :-) Must improve it some time.

I'd advise cooking them first tho :)

Easy - Stir fry, pasta and sauce, lump of meet and veg, meat sandwich.
Requires shop visit - grilled topped with tinned or compot apricot and melted cheese plus veg. You could sub the apricot for apple sauce.
