Oooh, I might look into that. I am fairly shit at taking tablets, though, especially the ones you're supposed to take 20 minutes before meals (because meals happen anytime I feel like it). Ideally I'd like to be able to manage this on diet alone; I suppose if it's not a specific food problem but a general overactive whatsit which responds to any food at all, that isn't going to work.
I already avoid pretty much everything one is supposed to avoid, for both of the relevant conditions I have (for rosacea one is supposed to avoid spicy things and hot drinks and things which make one flush, like alcohol).
