Christian book hunt
Monday, 10 May 2004 01:06 am(Posting to own journal to broaden the net. Apologies to the 2 or 3 people who will see this twice.)
When I was little (ie. about ten to twelve years ago) I had a book of Christian stories. I have lost track of it and cannot remember any concrete details, but I remember that I loved it and read it so often I probably lost it from carting it about too much.
It was a tallish paperback, and quite a slim volume. It had a white cover with large, slender black type on the front, but the font was intertwined with attractive coloured animal pictures. The stories were an interesting take on various aspects of Christian ethics and so on, including a wonderful story about the gloriousness of creation which repeated a line about the whale rolling and laughing in the sea. It was definitely intended for young people, around early teenage, I'd guess.
If anyone can shed any light, I'd be incredibly grateful.
