taimatsuYesterday I went to Birmingham for Steve's birthday, and lo, it was very good. It was great to see Steve (which I haven't done for way too long) and good to talk to Dan and Kat and Sally and Cathy and Dave and everyone. There was much food eaten and many long discussions of Mage roleplaying and stuff. It was great. Must do it again soon. Must make plans for own birthday.
Today I got up late, spodded online for ages and then made some clothes. I have completed undershirts for Sarah and myself apart from drawstrings and bottom hems. Now I'm trying to work out how best to make Sarah's overshirt without making it in the same style as the undershirt, which would look all wrong. I think I might just make trousers next instead. Rik has finally sent me measurements so I can do his clothes. aaaaargh, must work out how to do the eyelets!
