I am heading for getting into a bit of a state again. I had been sitting n the bedroom for a while, but I have had to move. I have a dry cough and a hideously blocked nose, plus discomfort when swallowing.
Have you tried inhaling steam with Vicks Vaporub, for the blockedness? Bowl of boiling water, *small* quantity of Vicks dissolved in it, stick towel over bowl & head under towel, remain for 10min or so.
