Back from Shards. Goodstuff: nice people, good RP, wore dress, new filk. Badstuff: lack of food, rain, rain, rain, broken car requiring AA callout.

Knackered and slightly down now (for various reasons, none of which are very sensible), but Chinese takeaway is generally helpful. Got to skip=420 on friendslist - what prolific writers you all are!

Bed now. Nice real bed. If only we had hot water too...

Grrr. Am still awake. Not because I am not tired. I had a shower, and was all ready for bed at 1am. But my hair was wet and the coldness was seeping into my bones and making me very uncomfortable. Also, the surfeit of food tonight after the privations of the weekend was obviously enough to send my stomach into turmoil, and I am likely to be spending significant amounts of time in the bathroom tonight. I have mostly dried my hair now and found some warmer nightwear, so I think I will go to sit in the bathroom by the radiator with a book, which should solve all my problems save the one where I NEED SLEEP. (Typoed as SMEEP originally, which I'm sure explains a lot.)

Ugh. Stupid body.
