Ohmygod.

I am awake. I feel sick and my stomach really hurts. I think it's just trapped wind (which is par for the course with IBS) but I can't shift it and have none of those anti-trapped-wind medications. I have taken two aspirin in hope, and am drinking water, which helps the sickness a bit.

I really feel *so* crap. Ugh ugh ugh.

I'm feeling better now, but totally the wrong temperature, and I don't think I'll be getting back to sleep too easily. If I take my Nytol, though, I'll probably sleep till some awful time in the afternoon...
