Why am I awake? I'm having weird troubles sleeping at present. I am a bit grumpy about a mildly aggravating social situation, but I can't see a way out which doesn't worsen things in one direction or another, so I might be stuck. Grrrrrr.

I might try going back to bed now.

Current movements, mostly for me.

Today, I am tidying my house. This afternoon I will go to London. This evening I will be watching the play 'Cyrano de Bergerac' at the Olivier (National) Theatre. Tonight I will be sleeing at my parents'. On Friday I will be at my parents' in the morning, then in the afternoon a gentleman with a van will come to collect their sofa. Robert will also arrive. We will put the sofa into the van, then we will drive in Robert's car to Reading, to haul the pink sofa into the front garden before the new one arrives. The pink sofa will stay in the garden for just over a week, because the bulky waste people won't pick it up this week. MUST POST CHEQUE. On Saturday there will be Reading Mage if I feel like going. There will be NFL-watching in the evening, for which I may need to be actually out of the house. On Sunday there will be Reading Changeling and Oxford Mage. Next Tuesday a man comes to quote for new sofa-covers.


Today I will also try to move the pink sofa and vacuum underneath it, in case we don't have time before the new one arrives.

Habitat sell giant cord cushions at £20 each, wihigh could be the perfect seating solution for our living-room. We are almost ready to put up the coffee table!
