into smart clothes for agency appointent in Bracknell, almost ready, major attack of the stomach gremlins. Had been feeling hot-and-cold all morning, but it's got worse. Dashing to the bathroom several times in midst of typing evaluation probably not best idea, so am rearranging for tomorrow or Friday. Really need to work out what this is. I don't know what the temperature changes can be; I need to find my Feverscan thermometer and work out if I actually have a fever or if it's something else.

My hands and bits of my legs feel hot, most of the rest of me feels cold, especially the back of my neck. Clothing or lack of same does not change the discomfort, it just shifts it around a little.
