bloody hell

damn boyfriend welt to labour club drinks, drank too much and passed out in a bathroom in a college he hen couldn't get out of
i spent hours calling his phone getting o answer
then he called bck having just woken up. so i trekked out to queens with his shoes then he couldn't get out and i couldn't get in so i sat in he cold and damp for 45 minutes, no, an hour, waiting for someone to come along toopen the door. eventually we gave up and he went to find a bath to slee[ in. I walked home in tears, and not one of about 5 police cars would stop for me, damn them. anyey, just as i reached the end of our road he called back and said someone had come alng and let him out, so i walked halfway *back* again and gave him his shoes and we walked home. He has gone straight to bed

i have an essay to write tomorrow, i want to kill him for being a stupid moron who drinks too much, and i also want to kill the fucking stupid bitch friend of mine who let him into her collegeand then told him to go away , subsequently passing out, so that he had no way to get out odf stupid college with no hight porters and all doors locked. Madness.

am home now anyway. am so glad i have himsafe home, would have not slept othewise. would have had nightmares of him choking on own vomit and pleasant stuff like that.

i ache all over, i have been scottish dancing.

and the backs of my ears have gone all dry - it's like a rash. anyone know what this is?

I ought to sleep. it is after half-four. sorry for typos, i am ludicrously disoriented.

nightnight.

before I forget, I just want to say that Scottish Dancing yesterday was immensely good fun. Not only did I not fall over and not bump into me too much, I had aseries of good-natured and friendly partners who dealt with my inability to tell left from right and up from down with great good humour :)

It also revealed hidden depths to Jamie Bell our Chapel verger. He's a tall, silent chap whose age I really annot guess. In chapel he is always very solemn; but when I walked in to the hall and saw him in his dancing shoes you wouldn't have thought he was the same person. He partnered me for a couple of the first dances and was not only very good, but excellent at directing me and correcting my mistakes.

I managed most of the dances no problem - there were just two things which stumped me. One was dancing a reel. When this figure is demonstrated, the instructor walks a figure of eight for each person, showing where they have to cross between the others, while everyone else stands still. When it is danced to music, however, everyone dances at onse and so you are trying to make a figure of eight round two people who aren't there, but are actually off dancing their own loops and getting in your way, Terrifying.

The other thing was the Strathspey time travelling step. I couldn't work out where the hop went, which is odd because normally my sense of rhythm is pretty good.

So it was good. There were also a number of very nice young ladies there. Very nice indeed. Mmm.

And now my calves ache and i have an essay to write.
