Notes to self: costume
Bladelands is set in a specific time-period and location, unlike Shards which is much more go-as-you-please fantasy. So I need to make new costume (I would anyway) which is appropriate to the setting. This means at least semi-authentic medieval European (specifically French). I'm using this post to collect some links to relevant information online.

If you want to have a chance of staying alive know how to use a weapon to defend your self with, I would also suggest armour to all but might not be that sutable.
Also try and think of a secound charater just incase.
You could be a farm girl niece who was ordained as a priest but you are now running away with you uncle to try and help him. Whilst trying not to have your church associated with your uncle, so you try and hide the fact that your a priest. Hows that for an idea?
