Breakfast

What do you eat for breakfast? I want to find something easy, tasty and quick to eat which will give me energy and keep me going for a good long while in the morning. Tell me what you eat or make suggestions for me. (I don't really get on well with cold cereal. I'm bad at keeping fresh milk in the house. I often eat things like bread with cold meats and fruit.)

Right now, because I've just got up, I'm eating two slices of toast, a banana and a small Mr Kipling cake, not all at once, I ate the toast first.

Cheese on toast is a good breakfast, with tomatoes on top.
