I scalded my torso badly in the shower last night - it's just shading into a second-degree burn, but it covers a wide area. I have had invaluable support and looking-after from ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
ladyfrances and crocodlewings. We called NHS Direct and the advice was to go to A&E in the morning to get it dressed. Lucy and I have just woken up, so we are probably heading off there shortly. I am ok. It hurt a lot and I was very wobbly last night, but after a night covered in frozen vegetables it feels much better and is generally no more than uncomfortable. I will probably be online later, I can't say for sure. I think I am going to be fairly immobile this weekend letting it recover. Fortunately I think I have no plans.
My phone is out of commission as it is out of charge and I have lost the charger, so trying to call me is futile right now. Rikk may be able to buy me a new one today, and I'll post if that works out.
