have developed horrible cough. Gave in to mother and took foul liquorice-tasting echinacea pill yesterday. Don't actually feel ill, just can't stop coughing. I'm going into work, obviously, but will see how it goes. If I end up coughing too much to avoid disturbing the others in my office, or to be comfortable, I may piss off again.

I need to buy some honey and some lemons. I will try to go to Somerfield after work, they should have some.
