Well, whaddayaknow, half a sachet of lemon Fybogel mixed with a whole pint of tropical squash isn't quite as nauseatingly horrible as the approved mixture. It's still all going to collect on the bottom though. Bah.

I re-stir after each sip. Although I like the fibrogel slug that's there if I happen to forget to stir.

That's a good idea.

I really can't stand the stuff; but I ran out of fruit about three days ago and didn't eat any at all for two full days, and it's really done a number on my digestion. So Fybogel it is (and cherries, nectarines and plums in abundance). I have bought some virulently lemony squash to mix with it in the hope that I can train myself to actually like it. *sigh*
