Well, whaddayaknow, half a sachet of lemon Fybogel mixed with a whole pint of tropical squash isn't quite as nauseatingly horrible as the approved mixture. It's still all going to collect on the bottom though. Bah.

One whole sachet to 250ml cold water, stir vigorously. It tastes vile and is nothing but revolting lemon flavour and grit. The grit is the point, sadly.

Amusingly, if you leave it alone for about 20 minutes is starts to form an actual gel, and if you leave it long enough it will flollop out of the glass in a single big blob when poured.

Yes, that really is amusing. Have you tried adding honey or sugar? But I have quite a sweet tooth...

It's pretty sweet already :/ The problem is the chemical quality of the lemon flavouring, and the icky grittiness. I have considered stirring the powder into yogurt, but you have to drink masses of water with it (that's the point, it swells in liquid) so it would be more trouble than it's worth.
