Does anyone have any idea where I might find a list of, or information on, the aid agencies which will be operating refugee camps on the Iraqi borders, or who will be bringing aid and supplies to civilians as the war winds down?

The workers at the Jordan-Iraq border on the news last night, putting up tents in a sandstorm, were pretty clearly from the Red Crescent.

I think we'll see the coalition army doing a lot of it this time around, they could be staying there for a little while.
